Claims for returns on exchanges must be made within ten (10) days of receiving the product.
Merchandise returned for credit, exchange or repair must have prior authorization & be unused in new condition.
Special orders and belts that are made for individual sizing are not returnable for exchange or refund.
Only items ordered in their standard configuration are considered for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping changes for returns.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.

We use United States Postal Service.
All items are shipped in priority mail flat rate boxes.
Method of Payment
Payment must be made or credit card number must be given to place an order. We accept MC, Visa, and Discover. Your account will not be charged until right before we start to build your order. We also accept check and money orders. Items purchased with personal checks may be held until the check has cleared.
